Harold Sanchez
Harold Sanchez joined Air Stream Air Conditioning in 2010. He began his career in the HVAC industry as an entry level installation technician and quickly worked his way up to senior technician. Harold holds an Associate’s degree of science in HVAC along with various certifications in NATE, Air balancing, VAVs, VFDs, Controls, Troubleshooting, VRF systems, and HVAC design and engineering. He is currently Vice President of Service NYC and NJ Region, where he contributes to sales, the development of technicians and ensuring customer satisfaction along the way.
William Gonzalez
William Gonzalez joined Air Stream Air Conditioning Corporation in 2006 after completing distinguished service with the United States Military. William initially joined the Air Stream Air Conditioning team as an entry-level helper and progressively worked his way up to Journeymen level by mastering consecutive levels of HVAC training and eventually obtaining STAR certification. William then continued his professional development by taking on oversight for the Controls area with Air Stream; and was then promoted in 2020 to Service Manager for the Long Island West and BQBW (Brooklyn, Queen, Bronx & Westchester) Zone. In his current role, William is responsible for supporting the company’s Long Island West and BQBW commercial client population while managing a highly skilled team of Service Technicians.
Andrew Buttafuoco
Andrew Buttafuoco joined Air Stream Air Conditioning Corporation in 2000. HE brought his experience from a local hospital and nursing home where he was a directing engineer for 20 years. He is responsible for managing a team of service technicians and supervisors for Suffolk County, as well as being the liaison for Air Stream’s safety and union educational programs and partners closely with Steamfitters Local 638.
Ruby Ellis-Marriott
Ruby Ellis-Marriott was hired in 2000 and attained the position of Controller in 2004. Prior to joining Air Stream, she worked for various real estate portfolio management companies with a primary focus on commercial properties. Ruby graduated from Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry, New York, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems with a Minor in Accounting. She is responsible for handling the accumulation and consolidation of financial data for internal and external financial statements, evaluating accounting and internal control systems.
Ralph Scarpa
Ralph Scarpa joined Air Stream Air Conditioning Corporation in 2007. During his career, he has gained over 30 years’ experience in the HVAC industry in a variety of roles including Service Technician, Sales, Estimating, and Project Management. Ralph’s technical proficiency and unique perspective of the HVAC industry allows him to tailor customized solutions to his client’s individual needs. His vast work knowledge fortifies the Air Stream team members in the field by allowing him to support technicians and managers on active jobs and projects. This is performed through review and understanding of all job aspects of the HVAC trade along with his knowledge of all the other trades involved in these projects.
Frank DeFronzo
Frank DeFronzo joined Air Stream Air Conditioning Corp. in 1991 as one of the earliest Air Stream employees. He began his career in the HVAC industry as an entry level team member and worked his way up to Technician, Service Supervisor, and was promoted to his current role as Project Manager in the Installation Department in 2006. Frank attended New York City technical college and throughout his career as an HVAC professional has continued his education by obtaining a variety of certifications and safety and training courses.
Cara Farley
Cara Farley joined Air Stream Air Conditioning Corporation in 2005 and is currently responsible for the Installation Department’s project accounting, invoicing, insurance matters, and other permitting and regulatory project requirements. She also oversees the daily operations of the project coordination team, who are responsible for the facilitation of Air Stream’s ongoing client project work by providing support for the Project Managers while assisting with equipment releases, plan updates, and other project deliverables.
Dina Morrill
Dina Morrill joined Air Stream Air Conditioning Corporation in 2008 with over 12 years of experience in leadership and management. She originally began her career with Air Stream AC as a Customer Service Coordinator and since joining the team, she has progressed upwards into a series of more responsible roles and in 2011 was promoted to her current position as the Director of of Maintenance Contract Sales, where she oversees the Customer Service team and manages Air Stream’s maintenance contracts division.
Brian Padgett
Brian Padgett joined Air Stream Air Conditioning Corporation in 2004, bringing his experience as both a service and installation technician in the HVAC industry. He moved quickly into the role of Project Manager and handles projects ranging from $10K to $3M in scope and size. In 2017, Brian was promoted to Chief Estimator.
John J. Schiavo
John J. Schiavo joined Air Stream Air Conditioning Corporation in 1992. He began his career in the HVAC industry as a Field Mechanic for Air Stream at the age of 17, working during summer vacations and school holidays. Upon graduation from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, John joined the Air Stream team working in the Service Department. He quickly grew into a Sales role by directly working with clients on the design and purchase of HVAC systems, and excelled at estimating and project management. John has furthered his HVAC education at Hudson Valley College’s School of Engineering and Industrial Technologies, where he completed various certificate programs in Air Conditioning, Heating, Construction and Design. He currently oversees Air Stream’s Installation and Design Department and their team of Project Managers, Estimators, Project Coordinators and sub-contractors, working closely with clients on over four hundred installation and build projects annually.
