Mechanical Asset Management
As your “Mechanical Consultant,” Air Stream helps you with mechanical asset management by auditing, monitoring and implementing best practices for operating your HVAC system. We focus on creating efficiencies on all levels of your HVAC system. We analyze the equipment you have and determine its service life, as well as provide recommendations for repairs, upgrades, and if needed, replacement.

Audit
We’ll create a list of the current equipment being used in your building to create your mechanical asset inventory list, including information like manufacturer, model, serial number, age and life cycle.- 2
Document
We’ll document, by floor, the units and status of the equipment in order to determine if and when any replacements or upgrades are necessary. This document is made available to our technicians so future service calls are more efficient with visual guides and details- 3
Plan
After surveying your current infrastructure and documenting our findings, we’ll generate a comprehensive report in order to determine the best course of action for improving and maintaining your equipment to reduce energy usage and costs.- 4
